Where is your hatchery located?
- We are located in Awe, Oyo state and Owerri, Imo state. Your order will be serviced from any of our hatcheries depending on which is closest to your chosen destination.

How do I register on the platform?
- Simply log on to www.docexpressnigeria.com From any of your device, make enquiry about the product, sales date and your location to get started
Can I cancel my registration at any time?
- Yes, registration can be cancelled at anytime
Can I use another phone number not registered with my account?
- We recommend one phone number to one account

How do I make payment?
- All payments should be made into the company’s account. Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery First Bank 2000109031 (Awe Hatchery) and Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery First Bank 2024067038 (Owerri Hatchery)
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
- Yes you can cancel your order. However, cancelled orders must be advised 72 hours before the booking date. Also, order cancellation attracts a fee.
What’s the process of Refund?
- We do not do a refund.
How soon can I get my refund after order cancellation?
- We do not do refunds. However, we can rebook your order at a later date based on your advice

Do you also cater for Logistics of the birds?
- We cater for the transportation of the birds directly from our hatchery to the selected destination at no extra cost to the customer. Please note our current destinations
When do I expect my order?
- Your delivery is scheduled based on your ordering date as shown during booking. Your birds will be delivered before End of Day of the selected date
2% BUFFER ON EVERY CARTON
- Each carton is accompanied by a 2% buffer that caters to any incidence that might lead to a loss of birds during transit. Each carton contains 51 DOC.
